We will collect your ZIP code for the purpose of identifying your congressional district. Further demographic information may be collected to identify you as a constituent to the recipients of your communications to Congress. Many congressional offices have enough staff resources to respond only to constituents, and this will help identify you as such.

If you decide to join our action list, we will collect your demographic information and send you updates on initiatives by e-mail. We will do our best to respect both your time and attention. If you choose to share your story with us, we will not disclose your personal information without your explicit permission and consent.

We realize that you may be concerned about providing demographic information. For this reason, SaveOurSupplements.org makes every effort to protect the data you provide. SaveOurSupplements.org will not share your demographic and personal information with any other organization or with members of the coalition. Our data is housed on secure servers that are physically guarded 24-hours a day in a restricted-access building. Our data is backed-up as part of a nightly security routine to insure that loss, misuse, or alteration will be prevented.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a message to saveoursupplements_list@capwiz.mailmanager.net with the word 'cancel' in the subject line. You may also return to this site at any time to update your information.
